Sometime in the not-to-distant future (hopefully), Alian Design wants to publish a compendium of our work. If not for the sole reason that we want to do some fun print tricks and binding techniques. Perhaps a prequel to the book will be a limited edition, hand-bound version that we will give to select, special people;)

Taking a freestyle approach to it we want to feature a happy mix of published and experimental/unpublished works. The monograph will be a bit of everything for everyone and give insight into our methodology and process through an introduction and occasional factoids/testimonials throughout to give it all context and tie it together. Other than that it will be very loose and diverse in it's overall presentation.

When can you expect a preliminary version for online review (couple of spreads in PDF format)? We make no promise, but if you are eager enough and willing to spend a few bucks to see it come together, I'd say early this coming winter 2007. Hope it'll be a blast and a good documentary of the diverse stuff that comes out of our little studio.
