At Alian Design we believe that good design comes from a lot of factors. One of those is being healthy and having fun and staying fit. While it is true we are all vegetarians and bike to work everyday just so we can bounce on our yoga balls while we design for you, we also know how to have a happy happy friday—if you know what I mean;)

Alian also has an internal policy of a "work-from-home" day that allows the each of us to have one extra day with the wife and kids at home and about—which is greatly appreciated but also good for us.

Music is a key to our daily sanity and seemingly endless creative flow. We listen to EVERYTHING. No holds bar in the music department. We have been known to blare Tupac and Madonna with Coldplay, Bee Gees and Interpol back to back without a hitch.

We feel that it is imperative to have a fun, playful and healthy environment and daily process to be on top of your game.
