Taking care of photography, editorial management and all of the design, printing and deliver, Alian Design worked in conjunction with the Great Valley Center and Heyday Books to create "Our Valley, Our Choice: Building a Sustainable Future for the San Joaquin Valley".

The book is focused on creating awareness about the future of the Great Central Valley of California. With a progressive and informative look at the Vally's history, and it's present day struggle as an agricultural mecca, over population, uncontrolled growth and lack of planning for future generations, the book culminates on a positive note: Lets join forces and make a difference. The call to action aspect of the book also expands as the Great Valley Center has distributed the book to County/State officials in an effort to approve the long awaited San Joaquin Valley Blueprint.
